Ergonomic Evaluations
Natividad provides staff with onsite workstation evaluations and training to promote healthy workplace and avoid discomfort. Evaluations are available for all Natividad Employees and can be requested using the procedures below.
Prior to requesting an evaluation, make sure you complete the following:
Often, simple changes like adjusting the height of your seat or monitor can help you sit more ergonomically.
Once you have done this and adjusted your workstation and you still wish to have an ergonomic evaluation you may submit a request by sending an e-mail to this address (ergo@natividad.com). Make sure to include:
Your availability, supervisor, office location, and any additionally information we should be made aware of.
The Ergo Desk also offers on-site ergonomic evaluations from contracted Ergonomist.
Make your request by submitting the online Request Form below.
You receive a notice of completion of your report and arrange to meet with your Ergonomic Coordinator to discuss and sign off on the report and recommendations.

Proper selection, adjustment, and use of equipment are essential practices for reducing the risk factors commonly associated with repetitive motion injuries.
