Employee Health appointments are available for Annual TB Screening, N95 Fit Testing, Immunizations (e.g. Flu vaccine, Tdap vaccine) as well as other Employee Health related visits. Appointments begin at 7:15 am and the last appointment time is 4:30 pm Monday – Friday.
Blood draws for TB screening are only available Monday – Friday from 7:15 am to 2:00 pm daily, due to daily specimen pick up time and cannot be extended.
Self-scheduler is currently unavailable. If you wish to make an appointment to complete your Annual Employee Health Requirements, please contact Employee Health at 831-783-2725 during hours of operation (see below) or via email at NMC-EmployeeHealth@natividad.com. Employee Health will respond to voicemail and e-mail messages within 24 hours of receipt at the contact number you provide in your message to confirm your appointment date and time. Your appointment time must be confirmed by Employee Health to ensure it is on the schedule.
