FEI’s “new and improved” Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Because FEI has joined forces with AllOne Health, your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) now provides greater access and expanded services:

  • You can access your EAP three different ways—from our toll-free number, our new online member portal or the mobile app.
  • You also have access to three additional services: Medical Advocacy, Life Coaching and Personal Assistant.

To access your new member portal, you will need to create a new account. Here’s how:

  1. Please visit https://myassistanceprogram.com/fei/
  2. At the top right of that page, please click “Select Portal & App” to access the pull-down menu. Please select “Member Portal & App.”
  3. You will be directed to the Log In page. At the top right, you will find a box that says “Create a new account with your company code.” Please click on the “Sign Up” button.
  4. 4. You will be directed to a new page where you can enter your company code. You will find this code on the one-page brochure attached, in the upper left section. Once you enter your code, will be directed to enter your email address and username.

If you are having trouble logging in or need to know your company code information, click on the orange “Login Help” button on the new member portal login page for assistance.
