The purpose of the Employee Recognition Program at Natividad, is to recognize employees who have consistently demonstrated service excellence, which yields high satisfaction from patients, co-workers and management. An outstanding employee demonstrates service excellence through the accomplishment of the hospital mission and the departmental mission with success and enthusiasm and to recognize hospital staff for their service to the community.
