Creating a new Incident Ticket

Option 1: Send an Email to IT Incidents (ITHelp@Natividad.com)

When emailing an Incident Ticket, please remember to be as detailed as possible.  You can also include screen shots or other file attachments in this email and they will be automatically included in the ticket.

Option 2: Call the IT Help Line (4357)

Calling the IT Help Line will connect you to someone that will be able to open an Incident Ticket on your behalf.  Please be prepared with detailed information so that the IT person will be able to create a complete Incident Ticket.

Ticket Follow Up

You will receive an email confirmation that an Incident has been opened on your behalf.  Replying to this email or any email update from IT Incidents will update the ticket with any new message you reply with.
