Create a Service Request
Creating a New Service Request
Option 1: Request Service through the Web Portal
Go to http://ITService

Log in with your Network Username / Password

Double Click on IT Services

Double Click on the Service you are requesting

Click on Request Service
Fill out the requested information on the following screen and click Submit
Option 2: Call the IT Help Line (4357)
Calling the IT Help Line will connect you to someone that will be able to open a Service Request on your behalf. Please be prepared with detailed information so that the IT person will be able to create a complete Service Request.
Ticket Follow Up
You will receive an email confirmation that a Service Request has been opened on your behalf. Replying to this email or any email update from IT Service Requests will update the ticket with any new message you reply with.
